A concert about following your heart—despite doubts and despite gravity seeming impossible to overcome.

In this concert, the Academy Chamber Choir of Uppsala invites you to a musical journey through dreams of freedom, identity, and hope. With Leonardo da Vinci's visionary flying machine as our starting point, we gain the courage to defy our fears, try our wings, chart our own course, and see the world from a new perspective.

The music weaving together the fragile with the monumental, the motionless with the soaring, is written by Eric Whitacre, Anna Cederberg Orreteg, Philip Glass, Josefine Lindstrand, Florence Price, among others. The concert lasts approximately one hour.
